Toper Topaz Tres
The Topaz TRES uses the same rig as the DUO with the addition of a potent gennaker system. In the three sail set-up with a modern, highly advanced rig, fully battened mainsail, retracting pole and single-line hoist and drop gennaker system, the Topaz is every inch a top racing boat. Gennaker sailing is a real buzz. It is easy to underestimate the sheer exhilaration of sailing the Topaz TRES. When you are out on the trapeze, gennaker launched and fully powered up, few sailing experiences will come close. The Topaz TRES is the perfect introduction to asymmetric sailing. Power and control The powerful battened main and ample gennaker provides bags of excitement and performance without spoiling the concept of user friendliness by going over the top. Sail and rig positions are perfectly positioned and easy to adjust. The large and uncluttered self-draining cockpit provide a spacious and stable platform for helm and crew. In high winds the mainsail reefing system is a welcome feature and theoption of a furling jib means that the TRES can be transformed into a singlehander in minutes. A quick pull on the single-line gennaker system launch and the TRES takes off with blistering acceleration. Yet the loads on the gennaker can easily be managed by young sailors even in a big breeze. Even though the TRES may well be seen as the perfect introduction to high performance sailing it has many years of progression built-in. For mostcrews there may well never be a need to move on.

Toper Topaz Duo
The Topaz DUO offers sailors of all abilities the excitement of the new generation racing designs at unbeatable value for money. The DUO and TRES utilise a second mast position to provide the perfect rig balance for two handed sailing. This is a unique feature of the Topaz Sailing System. Slot in the aluminium deck beam, tapered single spreader mast, add the trapeze and powerful fully battened rig and you’re ready to go. Thoroughbred performance The Topaz Duo is large enough to offer thoroughbred performance, yet easily handled by lightweights and young sailors. The DUO will inspire confidence in those who are new to high performance sailing. The secret is the perfect combination of power and control - The Topaz DUO is the ultimate first trapeze sailboat. Hull design The Topaz hull is designed to be stiff and light making it ideal for a full-on modern two-sail rig. Additional built-in buoyancy and a higher freeboard than on competitors designs ensures that two people can enjoy perfect sailing without the boat taking on water over the transom or the bow nosediving. Rig The tapered mast is supported by an aluminium beam that slots into specially moulded recesses. The beam also provides a neat platform for control line and halyard cleats for the sophisticated rig. Big roach, fully battened main and high aspect ratio jib transform the TOPAZ into a two-person flyer with a pedigree performance feel - yet no loss of the outstanding stability and vice-free temperament of the una-rigged versions. Fast and forgiving The Topaz DUO provides exciting performance but can easily be handled by inexperienced crew. The responsiveness matches anything you’ll find on a top racing dinghy yet the DUO remains remarkably stable and forgiving.

Toper Topaz Uno Race X
The latest edition to the comprehensive stable of Topaz sailing system rigs. The Topaz Race X adds a new and exciting option for singlehanded or two crew sailing. The power source is a large but controllable fully battened 6.9m2 mylar main sail and a big race jib. But the icing on the cake for this little pocket rocket comes in the shape of a full-on 9.0m2 asymmetric gennaker. Gennaker sailing The gennaker system is supremely efficient and even young sailors can raise or lower the gennaker on a single line launch as smoothly as the professionals. You can always keep the powerful gennaker under wraps until you are ready to unleash the ultimate adrenalin rush. Windward Cutter
Honnor Marine builds the Original Devon Scaffie, Dabber, Lugger, Longboat, Coaster and Gig (In 1998 Honnor Marine changed the range name of these boats from Drascombe to Original Devon). In addition to our Devon range we build the Tamarisk 19, Cape Cutter 19 and Windward Cutter. We also specialise in refurbishing, upgrading and supplying parts for Drascombe and Devon boats of all ages. If you are looking for a Devon or Drascombe boat, we currently have a wide selection of Brokerage boats available.

Devon Longboat
This boat was originally called the Drascombe Longboat and then re named to Original Devon Longboat. The Longboat is light and elegant and can be sailed with ease and agility. She is 6.63m (21ft.9?) in length. With its clinker style construction, a feature of all our boats adds rigidity to the hull , as well as good looks. Fully rigged, there’s 15.97 sq mtrs (172sq ft ) of sail to power the boat through the water. A 6hp out board motor is recommended to use when the wind drops. The Longboat is roomy and stable enough for fishing expeditions. With a shallow draft, kick up rudder and steel reinforced stem, she is the ideal boat to explore coves and backwaters with alacrity.

Devon Lugger
Probably the best known and most admired open dayboat. The Lugger typifies our range. Our craftsmanship finish with bronze fittings and beautiful hardwood trim places this boat in a class of it’s own. The Lugger is a 5.72m (18ft 9″) Trailer Sailer. Easy to launch and sail, especially with our own roller coaster trailer solo or fully crewed. The loose footed sails and sliding gunter rig are easy to handle – there’s no boom to look out for! It’s a dayboat which you can convert with a sprayhood- it’s a sailing boat, a rowing boat, or with recommended 4-6hp outboard motor, a very manoeuvrable run about.

Devon Dabber
Honnor Marine is the only builder of a Category C Dabber. The smallest of the split-rig boats, the Dabber has all the energy and quality of finish as her sisters. A compact 4.72 sq mtrs (15ft 6? ) the Dabber carries an extremely useful 10.96 sq mtrs (118 sq .ft ) of sail with the help of a bowsprit and bumpkin, she is beautiful to handle. When the wind drops, a 2-4 hp engine will drive the Dabber without any difficulties. Or you can use the pair of oars from either or both positions. The Dabber is a surprisingly roomy family craft, and she has plenty of storage space. The C.E. Mark approved stability and buoyancy, a safety feature of all our boats. The Dabber can be covered and left on a mooring or hitched up behind a car and towed very comfortably. With a Dabber flexibility is the word.

Devon Scaffie
The Scaffie is fast and full of adventure and is just as capable as the bigger boats. The Scaffie is built to the same proud standards of craftsmanship evident in all our craft. The single standing lug-sail is loose footed for safety and simplicity, it gives the Scaffie a really brisk performance. A 2-3 hp outboard is all you will need to drive this boat along. The Scaffie makes an excellent rowing boat, and is light to pull and easy to hold on course. An optional sloop rig is also available. Though only 4.5 m ( 14ft.9? ) overall, the Scaffie is quite roomy, because there is no centre-plate to fill up the cockpit.
