The Tamarisk 19 was born of an idea to build a weekend cruiser maintaining the quality, sturdiness and character of the previous Tamarisk class of cruising yachts.
Designed by David M Cannell, Tamarisk 19 encompasses the qualities already associated with some of its famous predecessors, one of which, a Tamarisk 24, has sailed around the world single handed.
This weekender can easily be trailed by car and lived aboard comfortably. The cockpit is unusually large for this size of boat. The spacious cabin has plenty of headroom throughout. It is light and airy having 4 opening port lights and a fore deck hatch. Different cabin layouts are available, and a cockpit tent can further increase the accommodation.
