LATREX 460 The 460 hull is designed to soak up the chop, making a smooth ride when out for the day on a loch or other freshwater locations. This high quality boat has an inner hull for a gelcoat finish internally; allowing the void to be sealed with air and closed cell polyurethane foam buoyancy. Selva outboards up to 20hp can be specified, and when tested, reached speeds of over 20 knots. The middle bench seat folds up and the storage box underneath can be removed if preferred, allowing the more adventurous fisher-folk to stretch out in their sleeping bags for a nap!

The 400 has a traditional shaped and elegant hull, with an inner deck moulding, giving the craft a classy look and shiny finish all over. The 400 also has a ballasted keel, a self bailer in the floor, removable thwart storage and fendering with stainless ends. The ballasted keel not only helps the boat glide through the water, but also distributes 35% of the boat weight to the lowest point, which gives stability at rest similar to flat bottom boats. There is also lots of sealed in buoyancy and insulated storage under the seats, together with a removable box under the thwart. Thanks to its fold-down rear transom – exclusive to ZODIAC® – the boat takes up very little space once deflated and can be simply stored in the specially designed bag. This bag, with integrated handles, enables you to carry your boat in the simplest way possible – on the roof of your car or in a large boot. Setting up the boat is extremely rapid: simply inflate it, fit the oars and launch it! Very light thanks to its RIMTEC (Reinforced Injection Moulding Technology) manufacturing process, its hull makes it comfortable and stable as well as providing excellent handling on the water. The large hollow interior allows a perfectly ergonomic seating position whilst also improving safety.
